All of our products are shipped from our distribution center located just outside of New York City. We know you want your abrasives fast so we do our best to send out your orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, depending on the time of day the order is received, we can fulfill orders the same day they are placed. Otherwise, most orders will be shipped within one business day or the first business day following a weekend or holiday. 99% of orders placed on are fulfilled within 48 hours!

*Custom or wide sanding belts are made to order and require a 5-7 business day production time.

That’s right, you read that correctly! We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States over $1000.00. Due to the weight and size of some packages we reserve the right to decide which shipping provider to use. We currently ship all of our items via the following providers: USPS and UPS. When you select the Free Shipping option you can generally expect your item to arrive between 5 - 7 business days, which sometimes varies based on your location. We will provide tracking information with all of our Free Shipping.

If your order is over $1000.00 your shipping will automatically go to FREE at checkout.

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. (excluding shipping charges). Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless return is a result of seller error (i.e. the wrong item was sent).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

For the quickest possible refund please include your packing slip in the package with the returned items. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If your return does not have an RMA number, it will require another identifying marker such as your order number. If there is no way to identify the product to a purchase your return will be delayed or not processed. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns prior to mailing back your return.
