Custom Size Surface Conditioning Disc

Our Surface Conditioning Discs are available in custom sizes and come in four color-coded grades:

Yellow: 80#–120#/ Red: 180#–240# / Green: 280#–320# / Gray: 400#–600#

Made from high-quality non-woven fabric combined with resin fiber, these discs provide excellent flexibility, durability, and consistent finishing performance.

They are ideal for surface blending, deburring, rust removal, and finishing on stainless steel, aluminum, and general metals. Custom grit, size, and packaging are available to meet specific production needs.
